Timings, pick up and drop off points are flexible, dependent upon time of year and demand, so please get in touch to discuss further. 

Insurance is £15.00 per hire per driver. An insurance excess of £750 applies, This will be taken as a security deposit on collection. Further information can be found on the 'Insurance' page.

Every request is unique.  We would therefore ask you to please get in touch via the ' Contact Us' page with a brief description of your requirements.  We will then get in touch to discuss a package.

We prefer payment by bank transfer..

A deposit of 25% of total hire cost is payable in order to secure your date.  

The remaining balance is payable 30 days before the date of hire.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

The following charges apply:

• More than 28 days: Loss of deposit.
• 14–28 days: 50% of total hire charge.
• Less than 14 days: 100% of hire charge

Wheels & Waves reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical breakdown,

extreme weather), in which case a full refund will be provided.

From £250 for Florence to be at your wedding venue and dressed in beautiful flowers, fairy lights and ribbons.
