Insurance

If you're planning a self drive hire, our insurers stipulate the 

following:

• Drivers must be aged between 21 and 79.
   
• Drivers must have held a UK, EU, AU or NZ licence for 2 years or more.
   
• A copy of the photo card drivers' licence with an address that matches ID must be presented ahead of hire.
   
• Two proofs of address from separate sources must be available (a list of suitable documents will be provided).
   
• Certain driving offences are covered and can be checked with the insurance provider.
   
• No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years.
   
• An insurance excess of £750 is payable should an accident take place.
   
• Insurance is payable at £15 per day per driver.
